ADA - Pack Checker COD

Organic matter from fish food and the fish's excrement can lead to the contamination of the aquarium's water. This, in turn, sparks accelerated growth of algae and bacteria. COD is a measure of water quality and can be used to detect the point of deterioration. High COD levels often indicate a dirty aquarium, or one with an overcrowded population of fish.
