Ultum Nature Systems Controsand is a premium series of decorative sand substrates designed for planted aquariums and aquascaping. Bora Controsand features a fine blend of soft, light-colored granules inspired by natural white sand banks—perfect for creating beach-style aquascapes or adding a bright contrast to darker base substrates. Its clean, neutral tone enhances the vivid colors of aquatic plants and livestock, making them stand out beautifully.

Controsand is user-friendly and ideal for aquarists of all experience levels. To use, gently rinse the sand to remove fine dust particles, then spread evenly across your aquascape for a naturally refined, sandy foundation.
