This particular moss, known as Vesicularia montagnei 'Christmas moss', originates from Brazil and grows at a height of 1-3 cm. Its unique side branch structure sets it apart from the common Vesicularia dubyana, resembling the branches of a fir tree. Compared to regular Java moss, it requires more attention and grows at a slower pace. It easily attaches to roots and stones and requires pruning to maintain its attractive shape.
