Tropica - Vesicularia ferriei weeping moss

 

The Tropica - Vesicularia ferriei weeping moss is an aquatic plant that comes in a closed cup and is grown through tissue culture. This commonly known plant, also called 'Weeping Moss', is believed to originate from China and has been distributed by Oriental Aquarium Plants. Its fleshy, bright green shoots have a teardrop-like appearance and can grow up to 1-3 cm. To fully appreciate its appearance, it is best to attach the 'Weeping Moss' to driftwood or roots, as it grows downwards, adding depth and contrast to your aquarium. This plant has low maintenance requirements and grows quickly, but regular pruning with scissors is necessary to maintain its attractive shape.
